Timber spec:
Grade 2/better export select Southern Yellow Pine treated with
CCA-C to 0.40lbs retention per cu ft. Timbers to be kiln dried
to a moisture content 15% prior to treatment and kiln dried
after treatment. All timbers to be surfaced four sides.
