Colin and Brenda Grant offer a warm Scottish welcome to holiday and conference visitors to our attractive, friendly and comfortable non smoking home.
We are privately owned and operated, offering twelve individually decorated non smoking bedrooms. VisitBritain 4 Star guest accommodation. We are centrally located across from the International Conference Centre,with a short stroll to the town centre, the bus and train stations. We have a private car park on our property next to our house, and guest permits for free street parking.

We both look forward to offering you the facilities you expect, but with a homely and friendly atmosphere.

The non smoking bedrooms, all en-suite, all with complimentary toiletries, are decorated to a very high standard. Each with controllable central heating, multi channel colour television a number of widesscreen, direct dial telephone, free WI - FI laptop internet access, hair dryer, alarm clock radio and beverage welcome tray.
